H-NVA-OME HCL - Introduction
H-Nva-OMe . HCl (H-Nva-OMe . HCl) is a compound consisting of L-norvaline methyl ester (Nva-OMe) and hydrochloric acid (HCl).
Nature:
1. Appearance: H-Nva-OMe . HCl is a white to light yellow crystalline powder.
2. Solubility: It is soluble in water, but has low solubility in organic solvents.
Use:
H-Nva-OMe . HCl is widely used in organic synthesis. It can be used as a valine protecting group in the synthesis of highly active peptides to avoid side reactions and improve yield. In addition, it can also be used in drug development, protein synthesis and modification.
Preparation Method:
